On 12/8/2025, between 11:30AM EST and 11:57 AM EST, one of the vendors used by Check21.com to validate bank account information experienced performance degradation. All Check21.com APIs continued to operate, but the response status reported to customers via the validation service was "Vendor Timeout", in most cases. The cause remains under investigation; any additional updates will be reported as received.
