In the mid-afternoon on March 4th, the Check21.com team observed performance degradation. In conjunction with Microsoft, Check21.com determined that the root of the degradation was the Microsoft Managed SQL Instance. The degradation has negatively affected incoming payment times and file processing for a small subset of clients. Check21.com continues to investigate the root cause of the database degradation and will make any necessary changes to ensure this does not occur in the future.
